What shows up in the mailbox.
A 7.5-inch square
19 cm a side, full colour, on coated paper. Picture-book size — big enough to look at the pictures together.
Softcover or hardcover
Softcover by default, with a binding that opens nice and flat. For books of 24 pages or more, you can pick hardcover instead.
Pictures framed, not stretched
The illustrations are made for screens first. On paper, each page sets its picture in a frame above the words instead of stretching it to the edge. That’s what keeps it sharp.
Shipping included
The price you see includes delivery anywhere in Canada. You enter your address at checkout, and it’s used only to send you the package.
The digital book stays
The paper copy is a bonus, not a replacement. The book stays in your library, in the app and as a PDF, while the other one makes its way through the mail.
Refunded if it goes wrong
If printing fails on our end, you’re refunded in full, automatically. Nothing to claim.

On the finished book’s page, tap “Order a printed copy”. Enter your address and pay — with a hardcover option if the book has 24 pages or more.
Off to the printer
It’s printed on demand, then mailed. You get an email when it ships, with tracking when the carrier provides it.

Before you order
How long until it arrives?
That depends on the printer and the mail, so we’d rather not promise a date here. Once the book is in production, an estimated arrival date appears on its page, and we email you when it ships. If it’s a gift with a deadline, order ahead.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Orders placed from your account ship within Canada. A copy ordered from a share link can also go to the US, Europe and a number of other countries — handy for family who live far away.
Can I print the free book?
Yes. The first book — the free one — can be printed like any other. Only the paper copy costs anything.
Can I print it myself?
Yes. Every finished book downloads as a PDF you can print wherever you like. The copy you order from us comes from a real printer: coated paper, print-shop colour, a proper cover and binding.
What if I want more than one?
Each order is one copy. Once the first has shipped, “Order another copy” shows up on the book’s page (in softcover).
